Reflection
1. Sleep after a lesson is learned is as important as getting a good nights rest before a test or exam.
2. I need 9 hours and 15 min to sleep at night. It's normal for teens. Sleeping at 10 pm at night and wake up at 7 am at morning is good. And we get a good time to prefer to school and eat our breakfast. But sometimes I feel tired in the morning, when I sleep late at night. My body don't wants to wake up, especially in the winter when at 7 am is air dark.
3. I think I would not change, because before sleeping I've never experience reading or doing my homework. One thing that I heard and that I knew is, in the morning your brain will be fresh and lessons that you doing in the morning will save good in your brain. And too much reading and too much studying is harmful for brain, you will get headache, I experience that last year, when I were studying and preferring for regents.
